Terms and Conditions

2. Delivery times - UK 2-3 days max, Europe and the rest of the world - within a week. Sale items may take longer due to high demand. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery for Sale items.

3. We will contact you if there is a delay with the despatch of your goods.

4. If we receive an order by 1pm we aim to send out the same day.

5. At very busy times of the year, e.g. sale times and Christmas, we may not be able to despatch the goods on the same day, due to high volumes of orders.

6. We recommend placing your order early for Christmas - our delivery times will be according to Parceline/Worldnet.

7. There is only one postal charge per order.

8. Overseas orders - please use our website service to pay for your Tabitha goods. Or call Chloe on  44 207 228 7888.

9. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6pm.

10. We reserve the right to refuse orders.

11. If you require a refund on a discounted item, please note that you will be refunded the discounted price.

12. Refunds/ replacements for items bought as gifts can only be given/sent to the original purchaser.  If you decided to change an item, the original purchaser will be informed.

13. Replacement items will be sent out free of charge.

14. Unfortunately we cannot make personal deliveries.

15. We cannot arrange for goods to be left with a neighbour or similar requests.

16. Any cheques sent to us should be made payable to "Tabitha Accessories Ltd".

17. Orders despatched to addresses outside the EU may be subject to local taxes and duties. Tabitha is not responsible for these charges.

18. No other offers can be used in conjunction with Sale orders.

19. All Sale items are non-refundable. You have 7 days for a exchange.

20. Special offers and promotional discounts are not for resale or publication and can be only used once and are not valid in conjunction with any other Tabitha offers, gift voucher and sale items.
