Return Policy

  1. Please email info@tabitha.uk.com to request  a return authorisation.

  2. All unwanted items must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase in perfect unused condition complete with dust bag.

  3. All Sale items are non-refundable. You have 7 days for an exchange.

  4. Items included in the lucky dip are ex-press/show room samples and may have imperfections. Please note all sales are final, we will not be able to accept returns or carry out exchanges on these sales.

  5. Please fill in the returns form and send back to us with the item(s) you are returning. Alternatively please include a letter stating your name, order number and reason for return.

  6. We recommend that you return goods recorded delivery. We are not responsible for goods that go missing.

  7. On the receipt of goods, your refund/exchange will be arranged. Please note postage cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty.

  8. If you require a refund on a discounted item, please note that you will be refunded the discounted price.

  9. Refunds/replacements for items bought as gifts can only be given/sent to the original purchaser. If you decided to change an item, the original purchaser will be informed.
  10. Once the item(s) have been refunded you will receive a confirmation email from us. If the item(s) are being exchanged, you will receive a confirmation that your replacement item has been sent.
