Return Policy

  1. Please inform us via willow@tabitha.uk.com before proceeding with a return

     

  2. All unwanted items must be returned to us within 28 days of purchase in perfect unused condition complete with dust bag. Please see returns address below:

  3. Christmas purchases made between Monday 23rd November 2009 and Thursday 24th December 2009 (which exceed the 28 days return policy) will have up until the 11th January 2010 to return unwanted gifts.

     

  4. Please fill in the returns form and send back to us with the item(s) you are returning. Alternatively please include a letter stating your name, order number and reason for return.

     
  5. We recommend that you return goods recorded delivery. We are not responsible for goods that go missing.

     

  6. On the receipt of goods, your refund/exchange will be arranged. Please note postage cannot be refunded.

     

  7. Once the item(s) have been refunded you will receive a confirmation email from us. If the item(s) are being exchanged, they will be dispatched within 24 hours.
