Terms & Conditions

  1. We use UK Mail for UK Orders - £6.60 for a bag, and £4 for a wallet or small accessory.  If delivery is over 2 items, we will contact you about the shipping charges
  2. You must sign for the goods on their arrival.
  3. For all orders to be shipped outside of the UK (Europe and the rest of the world, including USA)please contact info@tabitha.uk.com or call us on 0207 736 0702. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6pm.
  4. Orders dispatched to addresses outside of the EU may be subject to duties and taxes - Tabitha Accessories Ltd is not responsible for these charges.
  5. Delivery times - UK 5-6 working days. Sale items may take longer due to high demand. Please allow up to 7-8 days for delivery for Sale items
  6. If we receive an order by 1pm we aim to send out the same day.  However at very busy times of the year, e.g. sale times and Christmas, we may not be able to dispatch the goods on the same day, due to high volumes of orders.
  7. We reserve the right to refuse orders.
  8. If you require a refund on a discounted item, please note that you will be refunded the discounted price.
  9. Refunds/replacements for items bought as gifts can only be given/sent to the original purchaser. If you decided to change an item, the original purchaser will be informed.
  10. Replacements for faulty items will be sent out free of charge.
  11. Unfortunately we cannot make personal deliveries.
  12. We cannot arrange for goods to be left with a neighbour or similar requests.
  13. Any cheques sent to us should be made payable to "Tabitha Accessories Ltd"
  14. No other offers can be used in conjunction with Sale orders.
  15. All Sale items are non-refundable. You have 7 days for a exchange.
  16. Special offers and promotional discounts are not for resale or publication and can be only used once and are not valid in conjunction with any other Tabitha offers, gift voucher and sale items.
