orders & delivery

  1. We use UK Mail for UK Orders.  The cost of UK Standard Delivery is £6.60.

  2. We use Royal Mail recorded delivery for all orders placed outside of the UK (Europe and the rest of the world, including USA).  Please contact info@tabitha.uk.com to place an order outside of the UK. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6pm.

  3. You must sign for the goods on their arrival.

  4. We cannot arrange for goods to be left with a neighbour or similar requests.

  5. Orders dispatched to addresses outside of the EU may be subject to duties and taxes - Tabitha Accessories Ltd is not responsible for these charges.

  6. Delivery times - UK 5-6 working days. Sale items may take longer due to high demand, please allow up to 7-8 working days.

    Unfortunately we cannot make personal deliveries.

  7. We reserve the right to refuse orders.

  8. No other offers can be used in conjunction with Sale orders.

  9. Special offers and promotional discounts are not for resale or publication. They can be used only once and are not valid in conjunction with any other Tabitha offers, gift vouchers or sale items.
